  • How does the service work?

    The service consists of a video consultation lasting 30 or 60 minutes. We use video support because we believe that direct contact makes communication smoother, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

  • Which veterinary medicine specialty do we cover?

    So far, the service covers Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology and Clinical Pathology of Small Animals. To know the details, go to "useful information” of our portal.

  • If i don't have a specific clinical case to discuss?

    In the absence of specific clinical cases, the consultation can be used as a continuing education instrument in order to deepen theoretical / practical aspects of the most varied diseases, at your specific request; always remaining up to date with the recent literature.

  • When can i use the service?

    The service can be used as often as you wish, sporadically or regularly (eg weekly, bimonthly ..); for this reason we have packages and subscriptions formula, the agenda is very flexible and we are organized to cover 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday.

  • How much does the service cost?

    Contact us and depending on your needs, we will tell you our packages and subscriptions formula.

  • Anyone can request the service?

    The service is dedicated to all veterinarians.

  • How can i book the service?

    Click on “book now" at the top right, register on our portal and once you enter follow the booking flow by choosing the moment that suits you best.

  • Do i need to install specific software to perform teleconsulting?

    Vet2vet uses a virtual platform, simply access the online portal from your PC, smartphone or tablet.

  • What exams do i need to prepare before the consultation?

    It is not mandatory to have already carried out exams before the consultation, during the video consultation we will recommend the most suitable ones. Alternatively, the reports of the examinations you performed can be shared in real time during the consultation; or you can share them in the days before the appointment, uploading them directly to the portal at the time of booking.

  • What file formats can i share?

    The supported formats are PDF, JPG, DICOM, MP4.

  • Can i cancel or change the appointment?

    Of course, inside the portal you will find the indications for modifying or canceling the reservation.
